Wholesome Chia Pudding

Wholesome for the super trifecta ability to serve as breakfast, snack and/or dessert. The cherry on top is how much fruit goes really well with this pudding

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
2 Tbsp

chia seeds

1/2 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Stir together the mashed banana and milk in a glass jar. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and taste for sweetness

* Step 2

Add in the honey and stir until preferred sweetness is achieved. Let mixture sit for 5minutes and stir again

* Step 3

Cover and refrigerate pudding overnight to bloom

* Step 4

To serve, top with granola, raspberries and blueberries. Enjoy 😉
