Apple Ginger Juice
This hun has outlived her welcome in my drafts. Hopefully someone out there will love her better 😉
Ingredient

Yields 2 glasses

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and roughly chop the apples to fit your juicer chute. There’s no need to peel them
* Step 2
Process the chopped apples and ginger with your juicer. The juice will be foamy at the top - feel free to immediately sieve it on a strainer lined with a thin paper towel or rest it in the fridge overnight to strain later
* Step 3
I strained the next day and this is what my juice looked like
