Chocolate cake with choc-nut frosting

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C. Line or grease a 9” round cake pan

* Step 2

Combine vinegar and milk. Let sit for 5minutes to allow cuddling

* Step 3

Whisk until combined the milk, eggs, cooking oil, vanilla and sugar

* Step 4

Sift dry ingredients into the wet mixture and whisk until smooth. Add coffee and whisk some more

* Step 5

Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting

* Step 6

Whip cream and chocnut until stiff. Frost cake and chill
