Banana Chia Pudding

There’s two ways to this recipe. You can either soak the chia overnight already mixed in with mashed ripe bananas or just top it off the next day with banana slices. I always go for the latter so that I am free to change my mind about my topping if I don’t feel like bananas the next morning. The banana is typically the sweetener for this pudding, meaning you can replace it with any of your favorite fruits.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add chia seeds to a clean mason jar. Pour in the milk and stir. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and stir again. Now cover and let it set and gel up in the fridge overnight

* Step 2

Serve the next morning with banana slices and chopped chocolates
