Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Gather ingredients

Whisk together yoghurt, eggs and butter until smooth. Set aside

* Step 3

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder. Mix the liquid ingredients set aside earlier into this dry mixture until a smooth consistency is achieved

* Step 4

Heat a pan on high heat and reduce the heat to medium once it’s heated up. Pour 1/3 cup of pancake batter into the pan to make individual pancakes. Cook the first side and flip over once most of the bubbles formed on top burst and the edges look cooked. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown

* Step 5

Keep cooked pancakes on a plate in the oven to keep warm until all other pancakes are made

Serve pancakes with a drizzling of golden syrup, icing sugar dusting and a cherry on top for the flair lol
