Beef Samosas
I hadn’t made samosas in a long time and was surprised by how perfect these turned out. There’s no single way to do samosa filling or prescribed samosa pocket size. Just have fun doing it and love your creation.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the samosa pockets, follow steps from my other samosa recipe:
* Step 2
For the filling, heat a pan with oil on high and cook beef until browned and dry.
* Step 3
Add onions and seasoning then stir cook until onions are tender and fragrant. Add a little water (about a 1/4 cup just to cook the spices), cover and simmer until all of the water disappears. Stir a couple more minutes to ensure that no liquid is left
* Step 4
Fill samosa pockets as desired and fry your samosas to golden
* Step 5
Serve with tomato salsa or a dipping sauce of choice
