Violets Favorite omelette GF

My daughter's favorite breakfast (aside from pancakes) a bologna and cheese omelet.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

5 min
1/2 slice

bologna diced

6-7 leaves

spinach shredded

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crack eggs in a cup

* Step 2

Mix all ingredients except the slice of American cheese.

* Step 3

Dump into heated greased pan. Cook on one side. Flip and while cooking other side, lay out quarter pieces of American cheese.

* Step 4

Close omelet and ketchup outside. Share with 2 yr old.
