Our favorite gf blueberry cake

Gluten Free Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredient

Cooking time :

45 mins
2 cups

blueberries

1 1/2 cups

sugar

1 1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsp

baking powder

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl toss the blueberries with the 2 Tbsp flour

* Step 3

In a large bowl cream together the butter, cream cheese, sugar & vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg.

* Step 4

In another bowl combine the rest of the flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly mix into wet batter slowly until just combined.

* Step 5

Fold in the blueberries.

* Step 6

Divide between 2 9 x 5 leave pans. I used a cake pan.

* Step 7

Bake 45 mins or until done.

* Step 8

Let rest on a cooling rack.

* Step 9

Either frost or enjoy plain.
