* Step 1
Heat oil in a large saucepan. Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes on either side or until light golden brown and crispy. Remove the pan from heat. Remove the fish from oil with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
* Step 2
Serve best with hot white rice.
