Ingredient

1 1/2 quarts

assorted berries

1/2 cup

sugar

1 teaspoon

lemon zest

1/4 cup

flour

1/4 cup

oats

1/4 cup

brown sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 F and place 6 ramekins on a baking sheet.

* Step 2

Gentle mix the fruit, sugar, and lemon zest and let rest for 5 minutes

* Step 3

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and gently mix, working the butter into walnut sized lumps.

* Step 4

Divide the fruit mix between the ramekins and then add the streusel mix on top. Bake 18-20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
