Truffled deviled eggs

Ingredient

creme fraiche

truffle oil

1/4 teaspoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and move the yolks to bowl. Set aside 20 egg white halves for filling.

* Step 2

Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth; you may use a mixer. Season to taste.

* Step 3

Using a pastry bag with a large tip, pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Garnish with fleur de sel and pepper.
