Bean Salad

This recipe is from Chatelaine Food Express "Quickies". It has been modified slightly from the original recipe. You can do a mixture of green and yellow beans if you prefer.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil green beans till crisp tender then let cool.

* Step 2

Mix beans with all ingredients up to and including green onions.

* Step 3

Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and cayenne.

* Step 4

Toss bean salad with dressing. Top with cilantro.

* Step 5

Enjoy!
