Besan ki Roti
This flat bread is made from gram flour and wheat flour.This recipe is very close to my heart because its my grandmother recipe #GA4 #week25 clue #roti

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First seive wheat flour and besan into a big bowl.now add in carrom seeds/ajwain,salt and oil and mix well.
* Step 2
Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and knead the dough with warm water.It should be a soft dough and not stick will not stick to your hand.now add in the chopped onion,coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chillies with cumin seeds and again knead the dough. Cover and let it rest for few minutes.
* Step 3
Meanwhile prepare the chutney/sauce.just grind the mint leaves,garlic,Kashmiri red chilli,cuminseeds,salt (jaggery)with tamarind into smooth paste then add in 1 lemon juice.chutney is ready.
* Step 4
Now make some small dough balls and roll into flat bread and First dry roast on tawa then add some ghee and roast both sides.repeat the same process with all the dough balls.
* Step 5
Now serve hot with chutney/sauce and enjoy
