Masala Garlic cheese paratha
This paratha is indian version of garlic butter toast with Indian twist #ga4 #week24 clue #garlic

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First knead the dough with the above ingredients flour,salt,oil with water.cover and let it rest for few minutes.
* Step 2
Now roll the dough into flatbread put 1/2 tsp of each turmeric,red chilli powder and ghee.spread all over with spoon.now sprinkle garlic,cheese,chilli flakes with coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Now roll into a log then roll the log into spiral shape.now tab some extra cheese,garlic and coriander leaves with some flour and roll in flat bread.
* Step 4
Now heat tawa on medium heat.place the paratha over the tawa.first dry roast it on both sides.now add ghee and cook both the sides.
* Step 5
Finally serve the paratha immediately plain or with curry of your choice and enjoy
