* Step 1
First prepare all the ingredients. Remove egg into a bowl and chop the spring onions and remove the required spice
* Step 2
Cheese you can even use mozzarella. Now take a bowl with eggs and add in all the spice with chilli and spring onions.(can add more vegetables)
* Step 3
Heat a pan with butter,pour in the whisked egg with masala and vegetable.now let it cook covering with a lid.
* Step 4
Now put grated cheese on one side and cover it with other side.flip and cook both sides.
* Step 5
Now serve with sauces,tomatoes and khubus.enjoy the morning with this tasty and cheesy omelette.
