Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First heat oil in a pan adds in curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds with onion. saute few seconds then add in tomato with salt.
* Step 2
Saute few seconds add in potatoes and mix well. Add little water and cover the lid. Let it cooks for 5 minutes. When cooked smash few potatoes and add coriander leaves. Now grind chutney with the above chutney ingredients.
* Step 3
Now apply chutney on one slice with cheese other with potato filling and loads of cheese. join together and toast it apply butter or without butter.
* Step 4
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup. Enjoy this yummy toast for breakfast or as an evening snack.
