Mini Chicken cheese samosas
This samosa are delicious and cut,made with few ingredients #ga4 #week21 clue #samosa

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take a bowl add in all the above ingredients potatoes,cheese,spring onion,chicken,chilli flakes with Italian seasoning.
* Step 2
Mix all together. Now make small samosas use swift samosa sheets.fill 1 tbsn batter in each samosa.
* Step 3
Fold the samosas use 1 whole sheet.keep turn till you get the last edge,apply some flour paste so that it stick well.
* Step 4
Just see how many I made these(pic1)now shallow fry till slightly golden brown and remove on the paper towel.serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
* Step 5
When you break it you can see how creamy and cheesy it is!! awesome snack with minimal ingredients. Must try.
