Bitter gourd/karela stir-fry
Bitter gourd/karela is very healthy.I made a stir-fry with limited ingredients and you won't get taste of its bitterness #keto

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First peel and cut the bitter gourd/karela with remove inside pulp.now rub 1 tsp of salt and wash with cold water.discard water and pat dry it with paper towel.now heat 4 tbsn oil in a pan add in all chopped bitter gourd/karela
* Step 2
Stir-fry till its golden brown and remove on paper towel to drain excess oil.
* Step 3
Now same pan with same oil,stir-fry onions till translucent,then add chilli powder and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add turmeric powder with salt and mix well.
* Step 5
Now add in stir-fry bitter gourd/karela with tamarind water and saute on medium heat till well combined.serve hot with whole wheat chapati.This recipe is very healthy and tasty.tamarind water takes away the bitterness. Bitter gourd/karela helps in weight loss and also helps in decreasing cholesterol plus also have cancer fighting properties.
