Green Smoothie Tuesday

Normally I wouldn't go for avocado when it comes to juicing because of the taste. That's why I added flavoured yogurt in this smoothie to balance out the avocado taste. Feel free to substitute the flavoured yogurt with greek and water with any kind of milk🥛

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
1 pc

avocado

1/2 pc

cucumber

100 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut cucumber into cubes, throw away the ends of it.

* Step 2

Cut avocado and scoop out all the flesh

* Step 3

Add everything into a blender and blend nicely (in the pict I haven't pour in the water yet)
