Chicken noodle soup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine all ingredients, except the egg noodles, in a freezer bag. 2. Zip the bags closed and freeze.

* Step 2

TO COOK: Take out of freezer the day before you plan to cook and thaw in the refrigerator. After it thaws, cook on high for 4 hours (or medium for 6, or low for 8) Remove chicken from the slow cooker and remove the meat from the bones.

* Step 3

Place meat back into slow cooker and turn it off. Boil some water and cook the noodles as directed on the package. Drain and pour the noodles into the slow cooker. Serve immediately. Serve with Italian bread (use half the loaf for each meal).
