Keto Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by dicing your onion & sautéing til translucent with a little bit of olive oil in a small pan
* Step 2
In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, sautéed onion, chopped parsley, almond flour, eggs & all the seasonings. Mix well with your hands.
* Step 3
Once all is mixed together put in a meatloaf oven safe dish & form a cavity in the center. Line the center cavity with slices of cheese.
* Step 4
Now add the remainder of meat mixture to the top to finish off forming the loaf.
* Step 5
Cover with tin foil & place in 400 degree oven to cook for 1 hour & 5 mins.
* Step 6
After the hour & 5 mins remove from oven & drain any excess grease you have in your pan. There may not be any if you use the meatlof pan with the strainer already inside it.
* Step 7
Top with sauce & cheese & place back in oven for the other 10mins or until cheese is melted. Serve & Enjoy!
