A simple yet very delicious roll cake!

Ingredient

baking powder

1 teaspoon

vanilla essence

8 table spoon

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the dry ingredients..best if you sift it Almond flour Cocoa powder Psylium husk Baking powder Salt

* Step 2

Wet ingredients Crack 3 eggs in the mixer,add in the erythritol..followed by vanilla ezsence and use speed 2 and gradually to 4..let it mix for 3 min.

* Step 3

Bake in the oven for 12 minutes..temperature 190c

* Step 4

The filling Combine cream cheese and erythritol and mix well in the mixer..add in butter,vanilla essence and sour cream Mix it well

* Step 5

Once the cake has cooled..spread the filling evenly
