A ketofied version of mine

Ingredient

grated garlic

2 table spoon

white pepper powder

1 tablespoon

pink salt

2 table spoon

psylium husk

1.5 table spoon

coco amino

1 teaspoon

grated ginger

5 table spoon

japanese curry powder

2 tablespoon

tomato paste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combime the chicken cuts with pepper,grated garlic and pink salt.let it marinade in the fridge for 2 hours

* Step 2

For curry Stir fry onion,garlic and ginger until caramelized..

* Step 3

Serve with shirataki rice and keto friendly vegetables of your choice
