Taco 🌮 Wraps
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sauté your ground beef until brown in a large pot, then drain any fat……..
* Step 2
Add to ground beef your chopped onion, red pepper, minced garlic, black pepper, taco seasoning, water, diced tomatoes and tomato paste, cook for about 20 minutes on low heat, remove from heat and let cool for several minutes……..
* Step 3
Meanwhile in a small saucepan heat your cheesy enchilada dips and evaporated milk, do not boil …….
* Step 4
After ground beef mixture has cooled for some time spoon several tablespoons of mixture onto the middle of a flour tortilla, fold over, then place seam side down in a large baking pan that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray, repeat until ground beef is all gone ……..
* Step 5
Pour your cheesy enchilada sauce over all your wraps ……
* Step 6
Top with your shredded cheddar cheese……
* Step 7
Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese has melted……
