Chicken & Vegetables Stir Fry
When I married my wife, we talked about making a stir fry. Ironically, we never got around to making one. Finally, years later, we made one.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the chicken in the marinade for at least 20 minutes or up to 3 hours.
* Step 2
Heat a large pan/wok over a medium heat. Add the coconut oil.
* Step 3
Add the onions and saute for about 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Next, place the carrots into the pan. Cook for about 15-20 minutes.
* Step 5
Add the broccoli to the pan and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the pan.
* Step 6
Place the chicken in the pan. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
* Step 7
Put the vegetables back into the pan and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
