Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First pour graded cabbage and carrot in bowl add salt,chilli ginger garlic paste, maida and cornflour
* Step 2
Mix all ingredients properly make soft dough take a small portion from the dough and make a ball
* Step 3
Now deep fry these balls until its colour changes to golden brown
* Step 4
Meanwhile take a utensil heat up oil add chilli ginger garlic paste then add spring onion and capsicum,salt cook for 5 minutes on high flame then soya sauce,vinegar and chilli sauce to it.Switch off the flame.
* Step 5
Then add fried balls in this gravy
* Step 6
Veg manchurian is ready to serve
