Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take pressure cooker heat up 2 tablespoon of oil,crackle cummin seeds add pieces of lauki salt and 1 tablespoon coriander powder cook it for 10 minutes on high flame now add 1 cup of water and cook till 2 whistles
* Step 2
Take other utensil add tomato,green chilli, ginger and cashews add 1 cup of water and boil all these ingredients.let it cool then make a paste in a mixer jar
* Step 3
Now in other utensil heat up oil 2 tablespoon oil add bayleaf, cardomom,turmeric powder,coriander powder and tomato paste that we have prepared.Simmer for 10 minutes
* Step 4
When oil comes out from tomato gravy add locky to it.simmer for 5 minutes.shahi lauki is ready to serve.
