garam masala

2 tablespoon

butter

2 tablespoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a utensil heat up butter add onion and garlic,cook them untill onion turns to lite brown in colour. switch off the gas and keep it to cool

* Step 2

Now take these onion, garlic in a mixer add tomatoes,ginger,curd,cummin,green chilli,cashew and musk melon seeds make a fine paste of all these

Take utensil heat a oil and add bay leaf all species(turmeric powder,coriander powder salt and garam masala) cook the speics for 5 second, immediately add the paste.cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.

* Step 4

Now add water and pieces of paneer to it and cook untill oil comes out from the gravy.now serve this shaahi paneer in a plate and cut the other paneer in cookpad logo.and put over the gravy.shaahi paneer is ready.
