Kamal kakdi in onion gravy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take a pressure cooker and heat oil and add onion, cook onion until it's colour changes to Brown then add tomato and dry spices (dhaniya powder and garam masala and salt). Keep a plate on cooker to cook tomato.
* Step 2
When tomato gets cook properly then add 1/4 cup.of water and blend the gravy and add Kamal kakdi and potato, add ginger garlic and chilli paste into it.Cook for 10 mins and keep stirring on high flame. Add 3 cups of water.give 7 to 8 whistles to the gravy as Kamal kakdi is very hard to cook.
* Step 3
Kamal kakdi is ready to serve.You can have this with rice or chapati.
