This recipe was made for a friends son who needed a naked sugar free cake. So the sugar substitute was Monkfruit sugar which in my opinion is WAY better than other sugar replacements. No weird after taste ❤️enjoy

* Step 1
Whisk eggs, sugar,coconut oil, vanilla
* Step 2
Whisk flour and baking powder together and add to wet mix. Do no overmix
* Step 3
Bake 18-20 mins or until toothpick is clean (about 25 mins)
