Another easy vegan cake. Be sure not to overmix this one ! Perfect cake for birthdays !!
Ingredient
Food ration :
6 servings
21/2 cup
ap flour
2 tbsp
corn starch
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
11/3 cup
sugar
3/4 cup
oil
11/2 cup
soy milk
2 tsp
Apple Cider vinegar
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 cup
sprinkles Jimmies
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix dry ingredients
Preheat oven 350 F
* Step 2
Mix wet ingredients
* Step 3
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and also add the sprinkles and fold mix together but be sure to not overmix you don’t want the cake to get too dense
* Step 4
Add mix to sprayed lined pan of your choice. I used two 6 Inch pans
* Step 5
Bake for 30-35 mins
