Anjeer badami halwa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a vessel add ghee,once the ghee is hot add rava and roast it till the ghee starts to separate..
* Step 2
Now add sugar to it keep on mixing it..add grinded anjeer to it and keep on mixing it..anjeer to be kept in hot water for 2 hours..than remove the water and grind the anjeer into fine paste, than add grinded almonds to it mix it well..
* Step 3
Add cream to it and milk..mix it well...cook on low flame..
* Step 4
Keep on mixing till the oil separates..close the gas let it cool little and serve in plate and garnish with chopped almonds..ready..🥰
