Ingredient

Oil

1 tsp

jeera

1 and 1/2 cups

besan

1 tsp

salt

as required

Buns

as required

Pudina chutney

as required

Tomato ketchup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chilli to fine paste..take a pan add oil now add mustard seeds and jeera saute well add ground paste to it.Cook for a while and make sure it doesnt have any water remaining.

Add this green mixture to boiled potatoes add salt and mix well..now make balls from it and keep aside.

* Step 3

Make the batter of besan by adding besan, salt, red chilli powder and water. Make little thick paste add very little baking soda to it..

* Step 4

Now dip the balls into the batter and deep fry them.

* Step 5

Take buns cut into halves apple ketchup and pudina chutney..Add vadas in between and serve with chutneys and whole green chillies and it's ready.
