Rava patties
Super healthy and super tasty..perfect for kidzz tiffin box..
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add rava and besan of same quantity..add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and water..make a batter..
* Step 2
Take a pan add little oil than add jeera,ginger garlic paste saute it..than add chopped onions and green chillies keep on mixing till the onion changes it colour..than add the batter to it and keep stiring it continusly..add little water if needed..besan and rava should be cooked...
* Step 3
It should be in thick and cooked up compltly,now add fresh chopped coriander to it..grease hand with oil and make in patties form..
* Step 4
Once the patties are all ready..heat up the oil and deep fry the patties till golden colour
* Step 5
Ready to serve..decorate the plate with boiled potatoes cut into strips and spread the ketchup in between...done..enjoy..👍
