Fried Eggs

#ebook -42 #onerecipeonetree I love this simple fried egg to start my day, with a sandwich and a glass of juice. Great tiffin Idea as it remains good for hours due to it's crispy layer. Sprinkle some crushed pepper, sea salt and smoked paprika and it's good to go!

15 minutes

ghee

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the boiled eggs in to two, lengthwise

* Step 2

Heat up ghee in a frying pan on low heat.

* Step 3

Place egg pieces, yolk side down.

* Step 4

Shake the pan to fry the eggs evenly, when it gets crisp, turn with a spoon, fry for another minute. Sprinkle crushed pepper, smoked paprika and salt.

* Step 5

It's ready to eat.
