Steamed chicken kebab

Serve this steamed kebabs that can be prepared ahead of time. Light, low fat and easy to prepare.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take chicken mince in a bowl, add all the ingredients, mix well.
* Step 2
Roll it in cylindrical shape.
* Step 3
Wrape them individually in silver foil and twist the ends well.
* Step 4
Refrigerate atleast 2-3 hours.
* Step 5
Steam wrapped kebabs for 25 minutes in a steamer/rice cooker/idli cooker. And unwrap when it cools down slightly.
* Step 6
Cut them, You can toss them in sauce of your choice, or just stir in a spoon of oil, make a dip of mustard sauce, tabasco and cream cheese mix and serve along. Alternatively serve them with stir fried veggies.
