Mutton Paya(trotters) soup
This soup has been my family's favorite and brings back memories of freezing winter nights in North India. My mom cooked it on slow heat for hours in a earthen pot over the charcoal. Aroma filled the entire home still makes me nostalgic. I make this soup quite a few times during winter either in slow cooker or in pressure cooker. Sharing my pressure cooker version here.
