Keto Black Sesame Paste
Black sesame paste to Chinese is like coco wheats to Americans. It has high fat, high calories and high sugar. I tried to get rid of the starch and sugar from the original version. Then I found Chia seeds that can replace the starch and gave it a paste texture. Also, chia seeds have high fiber which is very helpful for constipation due to keto diet.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add Chia seeds and black sesame seeds to a coffee bean grinder. Grind the seeds to powder.
* Step 2
Transfer the seeds powder to a bowl. Add unsweetened almond milk.
* Step 3
Add stevia liquid. The chia seeds will absorb the almond milk and swell. Stir it up till it gets to a paste texture. Then enjoy.
* Step 4
