Sliders for a big appetite!

Ingredient

shredded lettuce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook 8 slices of bacon. Let cool and cut into 2's.

* Step 2

In mixing bowl combine buffalo, ground chuck, and hot breakfast sausage. Add eggs, worcestershire sauce, soy, and chopped onions

* Step 3

In the food processor, add bacon flavored croutons, salt, pepper, and garlic. Process until it has a bread crumb texture.

* Step 4

Combine bread crumbs to meat and mix well.

* Step 5

Form Sliders (3 inch in diameter by 2 inches in height)

* Step 6

Grill until done, and toast Hawaiian rolls.

* Step 7

Garnish Sliders with pickles, bacon, and lettuce.

* Step 8
