Stir fried masala paneer(tofu) with veggies

Homemade paneer mixed with spices and herbs is a perfect blend of taste. #paneer #stirfry

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For preparing paneer: Boil the milk and as it comes to spurt squeeze in the lemon gradually until the residue separates from the water.

* Step 2

Knead the spices (italian seasonings, parsley and sea salt) with the milk residue/paneer. Take small batches out of it and make square shape like cutlets.

* Step 3

This step is optional: After the paneer cutlets are made one can eat it just as it, or mild fry until both sides come golden.

* Step 4

For the veggies: Stir fry potatoes and mushroom with salt and pepper.
