Brazilian Cheesy Bread

My husband and I LOVE to celebrate our special occasions at the Brazilian Steak House and they provide us with a tray of various breads to accompany our meal. Well, baby! That Cheese Bread is BANGIN!!! I HAD to learn the recipe. I had to share!

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 people

Cooking time :

30 mins
1 1/2 cups

tapioca flour

1/2 cup

milk

1/3 cup

olive oil

1 tsp

salt

1

egg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine salt, egg, milk, cheese, and oil in blender. Mix until smooth.

* Step 2

Add 1/2 cup of tapioca flour. Mix on high until smooth.

Keep adding 1/2 cup of tapioca flour at a time until all mixed together.

Grease mini muffin pan with butter.

* Step 5

Pour mixture into mini pan filling halfway...optional to add extra cheese to top.

* Step 6

Put in oven for 15 minutes or until they puff up / turn golden brown. CAUTION adding extra cheese may not allow for a puffy top.

Let the pan set out and cool for 4-5 minutes and serve with ANYTHING!! ENJOY friends!
