Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

* Step 2

Defrost and squeeze dry spinach.

* Step 3

Combine cream cheese, Parmesan, and Romano until well mixed.

* Step 4

Add red bell pepper and red onion until just mixed in.

* Step 5

Mix in spinach.

* Step 6

Transfer mixture to ovenproof dish and top with cheddar cheese.

* Step 7

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are bubbly.

* Step 8

Remove dish from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with baked pita wedges.
