Asparagus with prawns and carrot

Asparagus is one of the veg that is rich of nutrition. It's very good for kids too. This combination made my kids eat really well. You can have a try.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop capsicum, slice carrots, cut up asparagus. Put aside.
* Step 2
Preheat a pan with olive oil, put sliced onion and chopped garlic, stir for a minute.
* Step 3
Add prawns, cook until their colour changes, add carrots cook until the carrots soften a little bit
* Step 4
Add capsicum and asparagus cook until all the vegs soft.
* Step 5
Add salt, paper, oyster sauce, mix well.
* Step 6
Add chopped tomatoes, mix them well for 3 mins.
* Step 7
Ready to serve with rice or just like that.
