Asparagus with prawns and carrot

#backtoschool Asparagus is one of the veg that is rich of nutrition. It's very good for kids too. This combination made my kids eat really well. You can have a try.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop capsicum, slice carrots, cut up asparagus. Put aside.

* Step 2

Preheat a pan with olive oil, put sliced onion and chopped garlic, stir for a minute.

* Step 3

Add prawns, cook until their colour changes, add carrots cook until the carrots soften a little bit

* Step 4

Add capsicum and asparagus cook until all the vegs soft.

* Step 5

Add salt, paper, oyster sauce, mix well.

* Step 6

Add chopped tomatoes, mix them well for 3 mins.

* Step 7

Ready to serve with rice or just like that.
