Bengal gram pulao

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soaked benngal gram in normal water for 3 hour or boil.

* Step 2

Soaked rice for 30 minute.

* Step 3

Cut onion into normal size.take a pan then add onion untill brown in colour.

* Step 4

Add ginger garlic paste and chpped green chilli.and tomato and cook.over low flame for 5 minute add salt masla powde.green chilli powder and cumin and mix well.cook fr 5 minute.

* Step 5

Add bengal gram or daal chnna and add water then cook over high flame until water boiled.

* Step 6

Add rice cook for 10 to15 minute.

* Step 7

Place on dum. ready to serve it😊.
