Spicy moong daal trka
1.soaked moong daal in normal hot water for 20 mint. heat oil and add onion.cook until onion became light brown.
2.add garlic and green chilli paste and cook for 5 mnt.
3.add trumeric powder,peprica powder,salt and 1/3 cup water then cook over low flame for 5 mint.
4.add 1ltr water and moong daal cook over medium to low flame for 45 minute.
5.add oil in pan when oil is hot then add cumin .then this add in the moong daal.
6.grnish with green chilli and coriander.
7.spicy moong daal trka is ready serve it.😋😋
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add oil when oil is hot then add onion untill brown in colour
* Step 2
Add green chilli and garlic paste
* Step 3
Add salt peprica powder and trumeric powder.
* Step 4
Add 1ltr water and moong daal
* Step 5
Spicy moong daal trka is ready.serve it.
