Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast one whole peeled and cubed eggplant with olive oil and salt at 400° for 30 min or so til Carmel brown

* Step 2

Let that cool and thaw out 1 quart basil Alfredo

* Step 3

Cook pasta and set aside

* Step 4

Cook ground turkey & onions with adobo seasoning. Add in Basil Alfredo and let it cook for a few mins. Add in pasta and eggplant and mix well to serve
