Achari masala Soya chaap

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sock soya bean heated water for 15 minutes and squeeze water and grind
* Step 2
Now add salt mix well and add flour mix well then to need dough
* Step 3
Now make small balls and rolling and cut straight and fold spoon 1 by 1 soya chap- you can see this picture
* Step 4
Now take a pan add water add 1 tsp salt and after boil add soya chap and cook 15 minutes and remove keep aside and after cool cut pieces
* Step 5
Now take a pan add oil heat add ginger garlic green chili paste stir fry to cook
* Step 6
Add 1 tsp achar masala and some water stir cook and add soya chap pieces stir fry to cook add capsicum cook 2minutes and keep aside / take a mixer jar add tomato brown onion grind
* Step 7
Take a pan add oil heat add grind masala stir fry to cook and add curd stir fry to cook and add red chili powder salt and garlic ginger green chili paste stir fry to cook well
* Step 8
Now add 1 tsp achar masala vinegar green green chili chopped coriander leaves stir and keep slow flame for 2minutes and flame off
* Step 9
Now transfer into serving plate and garnish coriander leaves and tomato flawar
* Step 10
Ready to serve with paratha or naan
