Cooking instructions
* Step 1

Now add curd,stir fry to cook until the meat turns tender.

Now add atta slurry. Cook well and take a pan to add oil heat add onion stir fry lightly golden brown and transfer nihari and add coriander leaves and green chillies and ginger Julienne.
* Step 4
Cook for 5 minutes on a low flame with a lid.
* Step 5
Now transfer into a serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves, green chili ginger lemon 🍋pieces
* Step 6
Ready to serve with tandoori roti
* Step 7
