Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixer jar add garlic ginger green chili grind thin fom and keep aside/ take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds mustard seeds curry leaves stir add grind masala stir add tarmaric pawder stir and add mesh potato 🥔and add coriander leaves and salt mix well and keep aside
* Step 2
Take a bowl add besan baking soda salt red chili pawder and add some water and mix well keep aside for 20minutes
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil heat and make potatoes 🥔balls and dip in besan and fry
* Step 4
Arrange serving plate and serve with mint chattny
