* Step 1
Take a pan add red chilies and cook 2minutes and flame off/ after cool remove water and transfer into chilies mixer jar add garlic cumin seeds salt vinegar grind make fine past keep aside
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil heat add grind paste stir fry to cook 2 minutes and flame off
* Step 3
Transfer into serving bowl and enjoy any starter
